German Federal Chancellor Angela Merkel and Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao paid a visit to Harting’s booth at the Hannover Messe last week.

China is the partner country of the Hannover Messe this year and a large Chinese delegation accompanied the prominent visitors to Harting’s booth. The company is based in Espelkamp, Germany and is a privately held, family run operation making interconnect technologies. Jiabao and Merkel found the time for the Harting family to inform them about the company, its international locations and its products.
