TDK-Lambda’s NVM175 is now approved to IEC/EN 60601-1, ANSI/AAMI ES60601-1 and CAN/CSA-C22.2 No 60601-1-08 3rd Edition medical safety standards. This is in addition to the current approval to the 2nd Edition, ensuring full safety approval for medical equipment is maintained during the transition period from 2nd to 3rd Editions. Typical applications for the NVM175 range include medical, industrial control, computing, automation, security, network servers and routers, broadcast, communications, lifesciences/laboratory, instrumentation and ATE. NXP Cortex-M0 micros get more memory and package options

NXP has announced the LPC11U30 series of very low-power USB microcontrollers based on the ARM Cortex-M0 processor.
